Level 2 teacher training is available to all Moksha hot yoga teachers that have completed the full 500 hour Moksha Yoga Teacher certification.

The training will be a chance to deepen practice and enable teachers to confidently bring variation to the Moksha Yoga sequence. Teachers graduating from this training will also to Level 2 Moksha Yoga classes.

The training will be an opportunity to explore yoga texts, asana, pranayama, and anatomy and physiology with the Moksha Yoga teacher training faculty. Each day will offer a chance to explore, in our sang'ha a deeper level of practice, a deepening that as a group, we can then bring to our family, friends, students and community.

Where: Blue Spirit Retreat Centre, Costa Rica
When: November 13-27, 2010
Cost: $2000 Cdn. (+ tax); plus $50 application fee.
Accomodation: Price will range depending on room type from $1400usd-$3000usd (includes 3 meals/day and 13 nights accommodation)
Deposit: $500 non-refundable deposit due with application
