1. Payment Methods:
Presently, the payment methods we accept for online orders are VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
We use PayPal to process the order. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to make a purchase
on our website. Follow the instructions once you proceed to checkout.
2. Where We Ship:
Currently we only accept orders through our website, from United States or Canadian credit card holders
and we only ship to Canada and the continental US, not including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Live elsewhere? NO PROBLEM! Just email as at info@mokshayoga.ca to make arrangement for your order.
For large orders, please contact us to negotiate
shipping arrangements.
3. Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your order you bought online from Moksha Yoga Inc. for whatever reason, it
is possible to return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us and we'll let you know how to return the item. When returning product, original shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return
shipping charges. We cannot accept COD deliveries. We highly recommend you insure your return shipment.
U.S. Returns Instructions:
Ship all returns prepaid, by insured Surface Mail (United States Postal Service). We will not accept returns
from the United States that are sent via courier. Why? Because Customs would impose brokerage / duty fees
on us as though we were accepting goods from a U.S. supplier.
Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that
may be assessed on a return shipment. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write "Canadian Goods Returning" on
the outside of the package.
4. Damaged Goods:
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us and return it immediately. If the error is ours, you will
not be charged for additional shipping costs. We will then re-send your new order at no cost to you.
5. Offline Orders:
If you are uncomfortable ordering products through the Internet, feel free to email us at info@mokshayoga.ca
and we will phone you to arrange your order. Please advise us of good times to contact you.
6. Delivery Times and Shipping Details:
We will contact you within 2-4 business days to confirm that we have received your order and begin processing
your purchase. Our orders are mostly shipped via Canada Post using the Expedited mail service. The delivery
time does not include the time required for Moksha Yoga Inc. to process, package and ship your order (usually
2-4 days).
From time to time, we may have to choose a carrier other than Canada Post. Our primary carrier may have
difficulty completing a shipment on time, while another may not. Situations like natural disasters, work
stoppages, service delays, etc. may arise.
US Shipping Info:
Orders shipped to the United States are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs
and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. These charges will be calculated and
billed directly to you. While these charges are usually relatively small, please be aware that they do exist.
An invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying
these additional fees.
Please note: Moksha Yoga Inc. is unable to provide estimates for any customs fees; check with your local
customs office for more information.
7. Taxes:
Taxes are calculated based on where products are shipped to, not where they are ordered from. Customers
requesting products be shipped to the United States are not subject to Canadian taxes. Orders shipped to
Canadian addresses are charged 5% g.s.t.
