Lena stumbled upon Moksha Yoga in Waterloo, Ontario, with no idea of the journey she had just begun. She completed her Moksha/Modo 500hr training in 2013 and then went on to do the Moksha/Modo Flow and Advanced Trainings, as well as the Mindfulness Yoga Training with Frank Jude Boccio. Lena aspires to never stop learning- to keep expanding both her knowledge base and her comfort zone, so she can bring inspiration and a personal connection to every class she teaches. Now as the Teacher Support Coordinator, Lena supports new and current teachers through the training process, and encourages them through the lifelong learning journey of teaching yoga.
