When Sarah entered her relationship with the Moksha/Modo series, she was unaware, like many, of the life changing impact that mindful breath coupled with mindful movement would have on her life. Sarah spent her youth struggling to find a sense of ease in both body and mind. When she started to practice yoga it was as if she had found a way to heal her spirit.
The Moksha/Modo series is so close to Sarah’s heart. Moving through these poses has helped her to feel so free and being able to then teach the series to others has brought her so much joy. Sarah became a teacher with the intention to create that joyful and healing space for others. In her role as teacher training manager Sarah supports teacher trainees from the application process and throughout their journey in becoming certified Moksha/Modo Yoga teachers and beyond.
